ok and then i installed the windows 10 iso from windows onto a flash drive using rufus and when i plug it into my pc zippo happens. As soon as i hit the power button all of my fans and lights come up on just nix happens on screen. I cant even get into bios.

The BIOS happens before trying to kick from HDD, SDD or USB.
You have something else going on.
